Pasta with Cottage-Cheese-Crab-Sauce

10 oz. long, wide pasta
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3/5 cup milk
100 grams crabs (shelled)
14 oz.cottage cheese
white pepper
a bit grated lemon zest
10 oz. frozen broccoli


Cook pasta according to package directions. Sautee onion in butter, dust with flour and add milk to make a sauce. Cook broccoli. Mix sauce with lemon zest, crabs and cottage cheese. Season as desired. Toss everything or toss pasta with broccoli and serve with sauce.
