Shrimp Fettuccine with Sambuca and Cranberries

500ml Whipping Cream
1\4 C. Sambuca
1\4 C. Orange Juice
1\2 C. Parmesan
1\4 tsp. Nutmeg
As much garlic as you like


Blend all ingredients in a saucepan. This is your sauce base you can double this easily Add your Shrimp. I like to cook mine ahead of time and just add it.

While your making the sauce put your water on to boil for the pasta. While it's boiling add about 1\2 C. Cranberries they can be frozen

Blend your sauce with your pasta and garnish with some grated orange rind and parsley and Voila.
