Crab in Sea Shells
7-8 oz. lump crabmeat, cooked
1 Tbsp. cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 Cup toasted almonds
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Allow cream cheese to soften a few minutes at room temperature. Slowly blend in cream. Add onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Carefully stir in crabmeat.
Spoon mixture into individual baking shells or casseroles. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a 375ºF oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings. 6.3 carbs per serving.
