Moussaka Sauce
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. ground lamb, or ground beef, if preferred
1/2 clove garlic, or garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 eggplant
1/4 stick margarine, melted
