Spaghetti Sauce
12 oz. can tomato paste
4 Tbl. Wesson oil
4 cups water
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
28 oz. can tomatoes (optional)
6 oz. pkg. pepperoni (cut into chunks)
4 oz. can mushrooms
Mix the paste and oil in a saucepan. Cook on low 15 minutes. (It should be deep red in color.) Stirring constantly. Add the water, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. Stir. Boil 20 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add the mushrooms and pepperoni. Simmer 30 more minutes. (If adding meatballs add them when you put in the mushrooms.)
