Cold Spaghetti Sprinkle Salad

Spagetti for single salad servings for the amount of people serving
Your Best Olive Oil
Your Best Balsamic vinegar
Fresh chopped tomatoes or favorite Italian Chunky canned tomato sauce
Chopped fresh Basil
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese


Boil spagetti to al dente. Mix in enough olive oil to moisten spagetti. Let cool. Salt and pepper spagetti to taste.

Mound the amount desired of olive oiled spagehtti on individual plates. Place a couple of spoonfuls of chopped fresh tomatos or canned chunky tomato sauce on top of spaghetii. Sprinkle balsalmic vinegar on top of tomatoes lightly. Sprinkle fresh basil on top of tomatos and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan on top of tomatos, balsamic and basil.

(Tip: Put the can of tomato sauce in the refrigerator for a short time to chill it so that the sauce is served cool on very hot days.)
