Three Cheese Pasta

  8 oz. macaroni shells 
  2 tsp. butter 
  2 tsp. flour 
  1 cup milk 
  1 tsp. parsley 
  1/4 tsp. salt 
  Pepper 
  1 pkg. cream cheese 
  1 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar 
  2 to 3 tsp. Parmesan cheese 

Cook noodles. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. 

In large saucepan melt margarine over low heat, add flour and cook 2 
minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. 

Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. 
Add parsley, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and 
Parmesan and 1 1/4 cup Cheddar. Stir until cheese melts. 

Stir in noodles. Pour in prepared casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 

Cheddar. Bake 15 minutes until bubbly. 4 servings.
