Tuna Lasagna

Tuna Lasagne

Either 8 balls green taglietelli or sheets of no cook lasagne pasta
2 tbl. butter 1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tin shredded tuna, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) tin cream of tomato soup
3/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper


White sauce:
1/2 lb. (250 grams) smooth cream cheese
1 cup (250 ml.) fresh cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350° F. Boil noodles and drain well.

Heat butter in pot and add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes till soft and glassy. Add tuna, soup and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoning. Mix white sauce ingredients together.

Layer pasta, tuna and white sauce. Repeat layers finishing with white sauce. Sprinkle with extra grated cheese. Sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake 350 (160) for 60 minutes.
