Old Fashioned Cream Cheese Cake

1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8)
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
cinnamon
few raisins


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Press crescent rolls firmly over the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the cream cheese
mixture over the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a few raisins. Bake in 325° F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in baking dish and cut into squares to serve.






Cream Cheese Danish Dessert

2 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg -- separated
1 tsp. vanilla
lemon juice (as desired)
powdered sugar to sprinkle


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice in a blender. Then spread over crescent roll. Cover with remaining package of crescent rolls. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes until golden brown.





Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. egg white (beaten until foamy)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 package crescent rolls.

Combine remaining ingredients, except egg white, using mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Place 2nd package rolls over filling, making crust. Brush top with beaten egg white. Sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 375° F. oven until brown. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
