Strawberry Tarts

Strawberry Tarts 
  
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese softend 
1 cup frozen strawberries thawed 
1/4 cup powdered sugar 
1 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping thawed 
6 individual graham cracker pie shells(or 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust can be substituted)
   
 
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine 
cream cheese, strawberries and sugar; process until smooth. 

Transfer to large bowl, fold in whipped topping. spoon mixture, mounding 
slightly into individual pie shells. refrig until firm, about 1 to 2 hours.

Garnish with additional whipped topping and fresh strawberries. 


Mini cheesecakes 

  12 vanilla wafers 
  2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 
  1/2 cup sugar 
  1 tsp vanilla 
  2 eggs 


Line muffin tins with foil liners and preheat oven to 325° F.

Place one vanilla wafer cookie in each liner.  Mix cream cheese, vanilla  and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix well and pour  
over wafers, filling 3/4 full. 

Bake for 25 min. at 325*. Remove from pan  when cool. Chill; top with fruit, chocolate, nuts, pie filling.
