Easy Apple Crisp Pie

Filling:
1 can (19 oz.) good quality apple pie filling
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
3/4 cup rolled oats

1 - 9" unbaked Deep Dish pie crust (homemade or frozen)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare pie crust if using homemade or prepare frozen crust according to package directions.

In a small bowl, combine apple filling and spices. Pour into prepared pie crust.

In another small bowl, combine margarine, flour and brown sugar using a pastry blender. Stir in oats. Sprinkle topping over apples and press in gently.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
