Paper Bag Apple Pie

Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk


Mix in a glass pie plate with fork and pat to make crust.

Filling:
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon


Mix together and place in crust.

Top:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter


Mix together and put on top of apples. Bake in a large brown paper bag at 400 degrees for one hour.
