Sour Cream Apple Pie

1 egg
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups sliced apples
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat egg and Stir in sour cream, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add to apples and mix.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix brown sugar, butter and 1/3 cup flour until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake pie 15 minutes longer or until done.
