Apples and Cream

1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup nuts, chopped fine
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cans Apple Pie filling, gently processed
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip


Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix melted butter with next 4 ingredients. Press into 9 x13 inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour over crumb crust and bake @350 for 20 minutes. Cool, then chill in refrigerator. Spread with Apple Pie filling.

Top with cool whip and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
