Bumbleberry Pie

Bon Appetit

2 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 Cup rhubarb, (if frozen, thawed)
1 Cup frozen rasberries, thawed
1 Cup frozen strawberries, thawed
1 Cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup flour
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Mix fruit together and let drain.

Mix flour and sugar together and mix with fruit. Place in pie crust and add lemon juice.

Top with remaining pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
