Cherry Crumb Pie
2 cans (21 oz. each) cherry pie filling
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tblsp. melted butter
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine (room temperature)
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine cherry pie filling, sugar, melted butter and almond extract. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
Mix flour, sugar and margarine. Blend mixture with pastry blender until crumbly. Pour over top of cherry pie filling.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
