Bingham: Chippity Doo Dah Pie
Mix the following by hand:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Add the following:
1 stick of butter melted and cooled slightly
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour into a frozen pie crust and bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes.
NOTE: I let the butter slightly cool so that it doesn't melt the chips.
