"Candy Bar" Pie
1 purchased 9" chocolate crumb pie crust
2 oz peanuts, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
3 Tablespoons caramel syrup
1 (4 serving) package sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup reduced calorie whipped topping (8calories per Tablespoon)
Place 1/3 cup peanuts evenly over the bottom of pie crust. Drizzle 2 Tablespoons caramel syrup over peanuts.
Combine pudding mix, dry milk powder and water using a wire whisk. Pour over peanuts. Chill at least 2 hours.
Spread whipped topping evenly over chilled pie. Sprinkle remaining peanuts over whipped topping. Drizzle remaining 1 Tablespopon caramel syrup over top. Serves 8
