Chocolate Pecan Pie
1 cup pecans, lightly toasted and chopped
1 (4-serving-size) Jello cook and serve chocolate pudding
3/4 cup light Karo syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels, melted
1 pie crust, unbaked
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt chocolate chips. Mix all remaining ingredients until blended and smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30-35 minutes or until top is firm, it may begin to crack slightly. Cool at leats four hours before serving.
