Chocolate Creme Brulee Pie

Chocolate Cream Brulee Pie
(Makes 1 pie) Prep time: 10 minutes. 

1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream 
4 egg yolks 
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand® Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed 
Milk (not evaporated milk) 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 (6 ounce) packaged chocolate crumb pie crust 
3 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar, pressed through a 
strainer or sieve with fingertips 
whipped cream 

Preheat oven 325°. 

Beat whipping cream and egg yolks with wire whisk until well blended.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; ,ix well.  Pour into crust.
Bake 55 minutes or until set. Cool.  Chill thoroughly.

Just before serving, top with sugar; broil 2 inches from heat until sugar melts and bubbles.  Serve immediately with whipped cream.
Refrigerate leftovers.
