Dirt Pie
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
31/2 cups non dairy whipped topping
20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
11/2 cups "Rocks"*
1 graham cracker pie crust
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir 1 cup of the cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with the remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish as desired
*Rocks: Granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, or any combination thereof.
