Mocha Fudge Pie
1/3 cup hot water
4 tsp. instant coffee granules,divided
1/2 (19.85 oz.) box of fudge brownie mix (app. 2 cups)
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 egg whites
3/4 cup low fat milk
3 TSBP. Kahlua or other coffee liqueue,divided
1 (3.9 oz) pkg. chocolate flavored instant pudding
3 cups cool whip (you can use the Lite)
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Combine hot water and 2 tsp. of coffee in a med. bowl; stir well. Add brownie mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, and egg whites;stir until blended.
Pour mixture into a 9" pie plate coated with PAM. Bake @ 325 for 22 minutes. Let cool completely.
Combine:
milk
2 TSBP. Kahula
1 tsp. coffee granules
remaining 1 tsp. vanilla
pudding mix in bowl
Beat at med speed for 1 minute. Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture evenly over browine crust.
Combine in a bowl and stir well:
1 tsp. coffee granules
1 TSBP. Kahula
Gently fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Mix well and spread over pudding mixture.
Refreg and garnish with chocolate curls.
