Grandma’s Chocolate Pie
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
6 T. cocoa
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (9 inch) baked and cooled pie crust
Whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping.
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan, except butter and vanilla. Cook until thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into a 9 inch cooled pastry shell. Top with topping of your choice.
Serves 8.
