Chocolate Ribbon Pie
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese®
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip®, thawed and divided
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (9 inch)
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg (4 serving) Jello® chocolate instant pudding
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tblsp. milk in a large bowl until smooth. Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 2 cups cold milk into large bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire wisk 2 minutes. Mixture will be thick. Pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Just before serving spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer and garnish with shaved chocolate.
Makes 8 servings.
