Coconut Pie

1 pie crust for 9" pie
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups coconut (3.5oz. can)
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400

Lightly beat eggs with mixer. Add remaining ingredients except nutmeg and beat lightly until mixed. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

Bake at 400 for 20 min. Then bake at 300 for 36 min.

Cool at room temperature and enjoy or freeze for later.

Store in the refrigerator after serving.
