Cottage Cheese Pie
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons milk or cream
3 Tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk or cream
3 egg whites, whipped
1 (10”) unbaked pie shell or graham cracker pie shell
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Combine cottage cheese, salt, vanilla, egg yolks, sugar, and cream; beat 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup cream and flour, fold egg whites in and pour in pie shell.
Bake for 60 minutes.
