Blueberry Cream Pie by Schmitty

2 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1 (9 inch) unbaked graham cracker pie shell
2 cups canned ready to use blueberry pie filling
1/2 cup whipped cream


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, almond extract and eggs, beat well. Pour into pie shell; bake for 30 minutes. Spread prepared pie filling over hot pie; chill.

Whip cream; spread over pie. Serve chilled.

Serves 6.
