Sugar Cream Pie
1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
1 c. coffee cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Stir well together. Don't use electric mixer. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter and pour over filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and
