1/2 lb. lard (Tenderflake)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup very cold water (or less)
Cut the lard into 1 inch pieces and put in processor. Add the flour and salt. Pulse until the lard is well mixed with the flour,10 to 12 pulses. Add the water as you pulse, do not let it come to a ball.
When ready put in a plastic bag (may be somewhat crumbly) Squeeze gently through the bag and then refrigerate for one hour. Makes one double crust.
