Crust: No Roll Pie Crust by Becky

No Roll Pie Crust

1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp sugar *
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c oil
2 tbsp milk


Mix dry ingredients together. Cmbine milk and oil, and mix together. Add to the dry ingredients and mix.
Pat into pie pan and use as a regular crust.

Makes 1 crust.

*If I am making a quiche or meat pie, use 2 tsp sugar. If I am making a dessert pie, I use 2 tbsp sugar.
