Crust: Pecan Pie Crust

Pecan Pie Crust

1 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg


Preheat the oven to 375o. Mix the flour, pecans and sugar. Mix in the butter and eggs until crumbly. Press in the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9x1 inch pie pan. Bake until light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
