Pie Crust

4 cups flour
1 tables. sugar
1-3/4 cups shortening
2 teas. salt
1 tables. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Mix flour, sugar and shortening in a bowl until crumbly. In a separate bowl, mix salt, vinegar, egg and water. Add flour mix to egg mixture.Chill for 15 minutes (or at this point it can be divided and frozen. Also can be refrigerated up to 3 days.

Flour board and roll out - doesn't stick. Makes 2-9" double crust pies and 1 single crust.
