Frozen Peanut Butter Pie 

1/2 of a half gallon vanilla ice cream, softened 
1 heaping cup creamy peanut butter 
1 (9-ounce) carton Cool Whip®, thawed 
2 (9") graham cracker pie shells 

Blend the vanilla ice cream and peanut butter together; fold in Cool 
Whip and pour into the pie shells. 

Cover with saran wrap or plastic lids that come with prepared pie shells. 
Freeze until ready to serve. 

Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting, if desired. 

This is also good placed in a chocolate wafer pie crust, and drizzled with 
melted chocolate.
