Pineapple Pistachio Ice Cream Pie

1/3 cup natural pistachios
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
Grated peel from 1 orange
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
9-inch graham cracker crust


Toast pistachios in preheated 200 °F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Fold pistachios, pineapple, liqueur, and orange peel into softened ice cream. Turn mixture into graham crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with additional pistachios before serving.
