Key Lime Pie

5 large eggs
1 (14 oz.) Can condensed milk
1/2 cup Fresh Key Lime Juice
1/4 tsp. Cream of tarter
1/3-1/2 cup Sugar


Preheat oven to 325° F.

Mix egg yolks (saving whites for meringue) with milk and lime juice blend well and heat until thick and bubbly. Bake @ 325 for 27 minutes

In deep bowl add egg whites with cream of tarter. Slowly add sugar and whip till peaks form. Spread over pie and bake until lightly brown.
