Lemon Chess Pie

Lemon Chess Pie

2 cups sugar
1 Tbl. flour
1 Tbl. cornmeal
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for about 30 minutes more or until set.
