Creamy Lemon Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
whipped cream(Cool Whip®)


Preheat oven to 325*. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice, and food coloring.

Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired.

Refrigerate leftovers.
