Bill's Key Lime Pie
8 ounces cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 generous (let a little bit dribble over) tablespoon of vanilla
1/3 cup Key Lime juice
Whip on high for 15 minutes. (Yes, this is a long time, but worth it.) Pour into desired crust, and chill for several hours.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
