Fantastic Key Lime Chocolate Pie
1/2 jar Key lime pie filling*
8 0z. container Cool Whip
1 ready made chocolate pie crust
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Bake pie crust according to directions. Allow crust to cool completely.
Pour Cool Whip into large bowl. With a rubber spatula gently fold in key lime pie filling. Next, gentley fold in pecans mini chocolate chips. Pour into cooled pie shell. Top with pecans and chocolate chips if desired. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Chocolate Key Lime Pie
Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled until tepid
Lime filling:
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix crumbs and cooled butter together. Press in a 9" pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 6 to 9 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add condensed milk and lime juice. Fold in whipped cream. Gently fold filling into prepared crust. Cover surface and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
