Sawdust Pie
7 egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 1/2 cups coconut, flaked
9 inch pie shell - unbaked
sliced bananas
whipped cream
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Mix together the first 5 ingredients, stirring by hand. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes at 325. Do not overbake, center will be gooey. Serve warm with the sliced bananas and whipped cream. 8 servings
