Orange Chiffon Pie

1 pkg. of orange jelly pwd. (JelloŽ)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of hot orange juice
1 tbsp of grated orange rind
1 (12 oz) can of CarnationŽ milk
2 tbsp.lemon juice


Dissolve jelly and sugar in hot juice add rind and chill until it forms a thick syrup (about 30 minutes).

Meanwhile chill Carnation until crystals form about 15 to 20 minutes then whip until stiff. Add lemon juice and whip until very stiff.

Fold Carnation milk into orange mixture. Spoon into a graham wafer crust and chill until firm.
