Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie by Leigh
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup milk, divided
1/2 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup peanuts
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 cup sugar
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup milk. Beat until blended. Fold in whipped topping, peanuts, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spoon into pie crust and freeze for approximately 2 hours.
To make ganache (topping for the pie), boil cream, 1/4 cup milk, and sugar in a double boiler. Place 1 cup chocolate chips in and stir until smooth. Cool 5-10 min. before topping pie.
