Peanut Butter and Fudge Pie

2 (8 or 9") prepared chocolate wafer crusts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft® Marshmallow Creme
1 (12 oz.) thawed Cool Whip

In large bowl, beat cream cheese. Add peanut butter, melted chocolate chips and marshmallow cream, beat until smooth.

Fold in Cool Whip. Divide mixture between two crusts. Top with more Cool Whip, if desired. Chill several hours or overnight. May also be frozen, but remove from freezer several minutes before serving.
