Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 Tblsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill.

Filling:
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped

Beat ice cream and peanut butter until soft. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust. Freeze until firm. Serves 6 to 8.

***Note*** - Sometimes I drizzle the top with chocolate syrup.
