Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie
Use regular 9inch Pie Crust

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter,melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup Hershey Semi Sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Bourbon


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare crust; do not bake.

Prepare filling: Beat eggs in large bowl at low speed until blended well. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt with a spoon until blended. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips and Bourbon. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cover edge with foil if necessary to prevent overbrowning. Cool to room temp. before serving. Refrigerate left over pie.
