Pecan Pie
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups chopped pecans
3 eggs
2 uncooked pie shells
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Add all ingredients except nuts to melted butter.
Mix well and add nuts.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
Be sure top doesn't over brown
