1 1/2 cups Libby's canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup milk (whole)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all ingredients together with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 375 degrees and bake another 45 minutes. Insert toothpick until it almost comes out clean; remember the pie continues to cook after taken out of the oven so take out while there is a little moisture left on the toothpick.
