Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie plate.

Beat all ingredients for 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean; about 50-55 minutes.

Yields 8 servings.
