4 1/2 cups fresh pumpkin, pureed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
two pie shells
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine ingredients in given order. Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 45 minutes.
