Pumpkin Pie

15 oz. can pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake and additional 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
